So as an addict to all things beautiful, I have a constant list of things I want. Admittedly, my list has got quite out of control but today I thought I would do a little post on the items that top my list
1. Diptyque Oranger Candle
Getting one of these has become my new obsession. Like everyone else on the internet, I love Diptyque candles. They smell amazing, last for ages and burn straight down making it easy to do the typical blogger thing and pop out the wax and re-use the containers. What I really love about these candles is the fact that the scent fills the room and actually lingers, which sometimes doesnt happen with all candles. I've burned through several Verveine (Lemon Verbena) which is my all time favourite candle. I'm not really in to floral scents so I love how fresh it is and and I think I'll love Oranger just as much. As you might expect its an orange scented candle but it smells just so different to the usual orange scented things. To me, it smells quite spicy as well, like cloves. Its such a gorgeous combination. This one will be mine soon.
2. Jo Malone Fragrances
I've never tried Jo Malone fragrances but I find myself being sucked into the hype around them. It seems every blogger or youtuber out there loves these. I really want to try them. The scents are so unusual I really think these are a smell before you buy type of thing or i'd probably already have purchased online. That and the price puts me off. At £38 for 30ml they're not exactly cheap. There is a Jo Malone shop in Glasgow that I can see myself going to soon. I'm really desperate to see what all the fuss is about
3. Laura Mercier Silk Creme Foundation
Again, it seems like every blogger loves this and I currently covet its apparently flawless coverage and gorgeous silky formula. Really want to try this but I have such a massive collection of foundations i'm trying to get through I just cant justify purchasing it, especially when it costs £33! Soon though...soon.
4. NYX Cosmetics - Mega Shine Lipgloss & Powder Blush
I have several things from NYX and love them all. This brand is phenomenal value for money. I always see people online saying you cant get this in the UK and while you cant get it on the highstreet, you can get it online at NYX Cosmetics Store UK. I have a massive wish list of products from NYX but particularly, the megashine lipglosses in Beige, Nude Peach, Smokey Look and Perfect. I already have a couple of these glosses (my favourite is reviewed HERE) and I love them. The formula is great, they last for a while on the lips yet are not sticky. Plus the price is amazing for such a great product!
I also have a couple of their powder blushes (reviewed HERE and HERE) and I really want to try some more. The pigmentation is great and again, the price point cant be argued with. Currently I'm coveting Mocha the most.
5. Illamasqua Nail Polishes in Raindrops & Pink Raindrops
Gorgeous. Just gorgeous. Illamasqua is one of my favourite brands. I love how unique their products are and the quality is just outstanding. Their nail polishes are some of the best I've tried (I should know, I have 13 of them! Excessive I know) and these are just so pretty. Raindrops is a sheer blue grey colour and pink raindrops is a sheer pale pink colour. Both are shot through with tiny shimmer particles and both are gorgeous.
6. Origins Clear Improvement Mask
I think this will be my next purchase. This is a charcoal mask that is supposed to be great for clearing pores and is meant to be great for those with oily skin. I have oily combination skin and my biggest skin issue is large/blocked pores so I'm hopeful this will be good for my skin. I've tried Origins products in the past and have really enjoyed them. I'm looking forward to trying this and hopefully it will make a difference.
So there you have it. Quite a list isn't it?
Have you tried any of the above products? What did you think of them?
